  Flush Restrooms

  Designs include single and multi-user restrooms that are simple to install. Our buildings require minimal site preparation and can typically be in use on the day of installation. They are pre-wired, pre-plumbed, and tested before shipping to meet local code requirements. The utilities are concealed within the chase/storage area for easy hook up and maintenance, and to reduce vandalism.

  Vault Restrooms

  CXT can provide a vault restroom in areas with no water, sewer, or electrical service. Our vault buildings require no utilities, are inexpensive to buy and easy to maintain. The all-concrete design stands up to hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and vandals. Ideal restroom for a trailhead, remote park, or anyplace that does not have utilities.

  Concession Building with Flush Restrooms

  A CXT flush restroom with concession building is engineered and designed for long life in extreme conditions. Minimal site work is required because water, sewage and electrical utility lines are stubbed up through the prepared base material to match up with the utility access hole within the floor of the chase area. Hookup of the three utility lines can be completed in a matter of hours. A concession only building is also available.

  Shower Building with Flush Restrooms

  CXT buildings are prefabricated and delivered complete and ready to use, including plumbing and electrical. Interiors are designed to resist abusive wear and can be cleaned quickly with warm soapy water and a brush. Our buildings will not rot, rust or burn and are easy to maintain. There are four standard shower designs availabe or you can mix and match with other sections to create a custom building.
